1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at https://anissou.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these General Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site. ANISSOU reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By submitting your email address to join the ANISSOU waitlist, you consent to receive communications from us regarding product launches, brand updates, and related announcements.

You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at [email protected].

Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase obligation or guarantee product availability at any specific price or time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and visual design — is the exclusive property of ANISSOU or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such content in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing that content
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your browser for display enhancement purposes
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, and claims on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

When product purchases become available on the Site, they will be processed through Shopify, which operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. By making a purchase, you agree to Shopify's terms in addition to these Terms.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or 100 EUR if no purchase was made.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
