Refund & Return Policy

1. Our Promise

We stand behind every product we make. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No lengthy explanations required.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days: The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
  • Unopened and unused: Products must be in their original, sealed condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used body care products unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Original packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, inserts, or protective materials.
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number or order confirmation email.

3. Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used body care products (unless defective)
  • Items purchased during final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you, regardless of whether it has been opened.

Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective order. Include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can resolve it immediately.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Step 2: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Step 4: Ship the item to the return address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to post the refund to your account. This is outside of our control.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different variant (if available) or for a product of equal value. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify in your email that you would like an exchange rather than a refund.

8. EU Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day return policy exceeds this statutory minimum. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
