1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Italian public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier disruptions.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipment confirmation email is sent.
If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, contact us at [email protected].
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders within Italy and the European Union, all applicable VAT is included in the displayed price. No additional customs duties apply.
For international orders outside the EU, your country may impose customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. ANISSOU has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. ANISSOU is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe locations at your delivery address. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If the package cannot be located, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product and email them to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Pre-Launch Notice
ANISSOU is currently in pre-launch. Shipping will commence at the time of our official product launch. Waitlist members will be notified by email with the exact launch date and shipping availability for their region. This Shipping Policy will apply in full from the moment orders open.
